Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) Assessment

As part of our enrolment process, and in line with our obligations as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), all students are required to complete a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills assessment.

This assessment helps us to:

Identify any additional academic support you may need before you start studying
Ensure appropriate LLND support is available to you throughout your studies
Set you up for the best possible chance of success in your course

Please note: this is not a pass or fail test. It's simply a tool to help us understand your learning needs so we can provide the right support from the outset. We encourage you to complete it honestly and to the best of your ability. The more accurate the result, the better we can support you.

What kind of support might be offered?

If the assessment identifies that you may benefit from additional support, this could include:

In-person study support sessions with our trainers or student support staff
Tailored LLND support to help build your language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills
LLND workbooks and learning materials to support your studies
Referral to external services where specialist support is needed

Not every student who completes the assessment will need extra support. This is simply about making sure the right resources are in place for those who do.
